Our Mission & Purpose
Cafe on Corporation is a non-profit cafe dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing sustainable employment opportunities, work placements, and social and recreational activities.
Our mission is to break down barriers to inclusion, combat social isolation, and promote equal access to employment for individuals who face disadvantages in the workforce.
Support Staff
We are dedicated to provide collaborative support to all or our Participants in reaching their individual goals.

We endeavor to utilise our teams’ unique skillsets and qualifications in order to create the supports specific to our Service.
Connection
​We utilise our community Centre to provide support in social interaction and community engagement for people of all abilities to participate in their community.
Achieving Goals
We provide a safe environment, with the inclusion of all stakeholders, in supporting a Participant in achieving their goals. Participant may utilise their NDIS support Plans that include social and recreational assistance and employment goals.

Our Team
Here, at Cafe on Corporation, we offer services that champion diversity. With over our 5 years of providing intentional service support in employment and work placement activities we aim to empower independence by filling a gap in the community for individuals of all abilities.
We endeavor to utilise our teams’ unique skillsets and qualifications in order to create the supports specific to our Service.

Our Project Manager has 30 years of Managerial experience, holds a Human Resource Diploma, resulting in Project Management, has evolved experience form 15 years as previous volunteering Director on various not-for-profit Community Boards and is a 2025 LGA Australia Day Award Recipient for pioneering an employment and work-placement Project.​
